"Hi, thanks for dropping by Dozier Internet Law, I'm John Dozier the founder and president of the law firm [Cross Fade Transition]. I started practicing law in 1981 so I'm, I guess 27, 28 years ago I was first getting my feet wet [Cross Fade Transition]. So I've been around for a over a quarter of a century practicing law or running e-commerce and Internet businesses. I think that combination is really helpful, because it helps us think in terms of finding solutions [Cross Fade Transition]. We'll work hand in hand with the client not only to identify what they cannot do, but to help them leverage what they can do: identify and take advantage of the many opportunities that exist today on the web that people...because they don't have a comfort level with a particular strategy, tactic, or business model they don't take advantage of that business opportunity [Cross Fade Transition]. But most of our time is spent in the arena of trying to provide guidance and risk management analysis and as a final alternative prosecuting or defending lawsuits around the country [Cross Fade Transition]. But I'd like to think that what we bring to the table and offer for clients is our over, my over, quarter century of practicing law [Cross Fade Transition]. I've been around a long time and I appreciate the fact that clients come to us to help them find solutions to challenges that they face or find ways to take part in an opportunity that they see either today or coming on the horizon [Cross Fade Transition]. Having a domain name problem or someone using your name in advertising, trademark infringement issues, content misappropriation, typically copyright infringement, business disparagement and all this defamation that goes on the web. If you're having those kinds of issues, whatever side you're on, we can help you solve your problems [Cross Fade Transition]. Solving problems is what we do. Empowering you with information, quality analysis, expert guidance, and the seasoning of Internet law experts and business experts online; that's what we bring to the table [Cross Fade Transition]. So give us a call, take a look through our website - I think you'll find a lot of information that might be of help to you. Most importantly keep in mind that as you go down the path of growing your business you inevitably will face challenges, but think of them as opportunities."
